  return policy:
  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund or for a new product.
  • bc marley will accept items for return or exchange provided they are UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNALTERED, with ALL tags attached, and in perfect condition.
    • Perfect condition is at the discretion of bc marley staff. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, bc marley reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
       
    • All exchanges are subject to availability.
    • Items will be accepted for refund within 30 days of customer's receipt of purchase (date of delivery by UPS).
    • We do not refund shipping & handling charges or pay for return shipment.
    • If merchandise returned is deemed unacceptable for return, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
return procedure:
  • ALL returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the goods. To initiate a return, email info@bcmarley.com and explain the issue/exchange.
    • If there is an issue with availability we will be able to inform you before you send the product back.
       
        1. When sending an item back to bc marley for either return or exchange always include a brief note explaining your exchange/reason for return, your name and contact info (daytime telephone), and reconfirm your shipping address.

        2. Pack & seal merchandise in the original or equivalent packaging with the note contained inside.

        3. Send the package pre-paid to: bc marley, llc. 5826 Euclid Rd,  Cincinnati, OH 45236

    • bc marley cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. For this reason, we highly recommend you insure your package. Insuring your package will provide you with recourse should it get lost in transit. Always obtain a tracking number.
    • bc marley will not accept any packages COD (cash/check on delivery).
    • Exchanges will be processed within 72 hours of approval of returned merchandise.
refunds:

  • Pending return approval, refunds will be processed by through Paypal within 48-72 hours or receiving the
    item(s).
  • You will be credited the merchandise total and any taxes charged. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
     
  • A confirmation email will be sent to the address listed on your account once the refund has been placed.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your banking institution to process and post this transaction.
